Grant Thornton announces merger in Russia

Grant Thornton is pleased to announce the merger of its member firm in Russia with Rosexpertiza, a leading Russian company with 20 years of experience in the assurance and consulting market, with effect from 1 January 2012.

This merger, a game changing move for this key market, brings together 30 partners and 650 specialists in Russia, with offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and other major financial centres. The combined firm will be led by two managing partners, Sergey Aslibekian and Alexander Kozlov.
